4. Is Jumbo Parking secure?

Absolutely. Our facility is monitored 24/7 with over 20 CCTV, regular patrols, the option to keep the keys** and secure fencing, ensuring your vehicle's safety.

5. Is there any charges for shuttle service and how long does it take to reach the terminal?

No, our shuttle service is completely free, and the shuttle journey typically takes 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the terminal and traffic conditions.

6. How often do the shuttle services operate?

Our shuttle services operate every 15-20 minutes, 7 days a week, and service all Heathrow terminals (2, 3, 4 & 5).

7. Do you accommodate larger vehicles such as vans?

We can accommodate vans and larger vehicles for a small additional charge. However, please let us know in advance if you have more than six large cases so we can arrange a suitable shuttle for your airport transfer.

8. Can the shuttle drop me off at a nearby hotel?

Yes, if you've booked a nearby hotel, our shuttle service can drop you off there at no additional cost. Make sure to inform us about your hotel at the time of booking.
